Pergola sits poolside and offers traditional Greek cuisine, Mediterranean barbecues and snacks, as well as striking views to the village and surrounding vineyards.

Alati, which means “salt” in Greek, has evolved from the 400-year-old winery cave, made from distinctive stone walls that grant the eatery an enchanting ambiance. Dining within the winery or on the terrace showcases the creative menu inspired by the land and sea, created by Vedema’s Executive Chef Olivier Campanha, giving guests a refined taste adventure.

Privé Dining offers the option, with an advance booking, for guests to savor a six-course degustation menu that highlight the myriad flavors of Santorini.

Canava Wine Bar is housed within the wine cellar and provides a fascinating atmospheric backdrop for exploring the world of wine. Canava is the local word describing the whole complex of the winery and its storage rooms that used to exist in the location of Vedema for 400 years.

The Pool Bar offers an abundance of refreshing beverages, signature cocktails, light snacks and relaxing moments by the resort’s pool.

Annexing the brand new pool, the minimalistic Circe Bar, inspired by Circe, the daughter of Helios, features wellness-inspired low-proof cocktails, traditional Greek flavored drinks and nibbles that transport guests on a culinary journey around the world.

Kindly note that in order to ensure you a most safe environment, we will allow a 15-min gap between sessions in order to permit deep cleaning and sanitization.
